Went down to Mong Kok for a baking lesson. Arrived at 2.30 pm but the teacher was late. Nevermind at least still got some time to spend. So the lessons start and Lp first made the crust.
Then she has to poke holes into the crust to prevent the crust of becoming out of shape during baking.
After that bake the crust and leave it to cool and spread melted chocolate on it.
Lp was so greedy that she kept "tasting" the chocolate....

Lp was so hungry after baking the cake that she ate it when the teacher was not looking.........
